After a horrific experience with a national floral company, it's such a relief to have found Florist by Laura. They are truly amazing! We ordered flowers for a client, but she wasn't home when they tried to deliver so they took the flowers back to the shop. The following day I asked if they could deliver to another local address, which they kindly agreed to. They are so friendly and accommodating. I would 100% use them again and will recommend them to anyone looking for a florist in the Palatine area. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

She made two absolutely beautiful arrangements for my Dad’s funeral with full military honors. I love to support small businesses and didn’t want to order something online so I took a chance on someone new. She was able to create an arrangement featuring his framed photo as requested. I love that she told me that she needed the frame so she could practice. I knew then that it would be beautiful, and it even surpassed my expectations! So happy. Such reasonable prices. Such nice people. Highly recommend
